Determine your player's League Age.
Your child's "League Age" may not be his or her current chronological age. Click here to learn more about League Age.

Gather your player's required medical information.
You will need to fill out a Medical Release form completely before your registration is final. Information you will need to provide includes:

  • Birth date
  • Date of last tetanus shot
  • Emergency contact name and phone number
  • Doctor's name and phone number
  • Insurance company and policy number

If you are requesting a Player Scholarship, register at one of our in-person registration dates.
Click here to learn more about our Player Scholarship program and download the scholarship application.

Create your Member Account and register your player.
Our registration system through Bonzi is new for 2012. All families will need to create a new Bonzi account in order to register, even if you have already created a Bonzi account for another local youth sports organization like Mukilteo Youth Soccer or Mukilteo Lacrosse.

You will create one Member Account per family which you will use to register every player in your family. You will have the opportunity to register additional players after you have fully completed the first player's registration.

When you're ready, click here to visit our Online Registration page.

Complete your registration by providing required documentation.
Players new to Mukilteo Little League must provide a copy of a state-issued birth certificate (to verify age) and proof of residency within our league's boundaries. Residency is established by documents from three or more of the following categories to determine residency of a player's parent(s) or guardian:

  • Driver's License
  • Voter's Registration
  • School records
  • Welfare/child care records
  • Federal records
  • State records
  • Local (municipal) records
  • Support payment records
  • Homeowner or tenant records
  • Utility bills (i.e., gas, electric, water/sewer, phone, waste disposal)
  • Financial records (loan, credit, investments, etc.)
  • Insurance documents
  • Medical records
  • Military records
  • Internet, cable or satellite records
  • Vehicle records

Players returning to Mukilteo Little League do not need to re-submit age and residency verification if no information has changed since last season. They do still need to submit a completed current Medical Release Form and Concussion Information Form.
