Teenage Baseball

Intermediate (50/70) Baseball Division

  • Age: 11 - 13 year olds
  • Age as of August 31, 2021
  • Field Size: utilizes a 50-foot pitching distance and 70-foot base paths
  • Team formation: Based on the amount of players signed up to play there could be a evaluation and tryout or just one team formed. The team may be combined with another league.
  • Competition: Other Intermediate teams in the Snohomish County area

The division was formally adopted by Little League Baseball in 2013 for players league-age 11-13 with post-season tournament opportunities, including a World Series, offers a transition for players between the standard Little League field size (46-foot pitching distance and 60-foot base paths) and the Junior/Senior League field size (60-foot, 6-inch pitching distance and 90-foot base paths). Many of the Junior League rules are used such as runners being permitted to lead off bases, runners may attempt to steal at any time, and allowing an on-deck batter.

Junior League

The Junior League is a competitive level that moves players to the big diamond. Players will continue to experience teamwork, friendship, and sportsmanship. Junior league is open to boys and girls.

  • Field Size: The field size is 90-foot base path and pitching is at 60 feet 6 inches
  • Team Formation: Based on the amount of players signed up to play there could be a evaluation and tryout or just one team formed. The team may be combined with another league.
  • Competition: Other Junior Division teams in the Snohomish county area

Senior League

The Senior League is a competitive level that builds on the abilities and competition experience in the Junior League. Players will build their baseball skills in preparation for or as an alternate to high school baseball. Senior league is open to boys and girls.

  • Age: 15 - 16 year olds; 14 year olds can play at this level but are not eligible for All-Stars
  • Age as of August 31, 2021
  • Field Size: The field size is 90-foot base path and pitching is at 60 feet 6 inches
