Mukilteo Little League Local Rules and Regulations

2026 MLL Local Rules and Policies [PDF]

Mukilteo Little League rules are supplemental to the Little League Rules above and are meant to help clarify the standard rule set. Local Rules cannot contradict Little League Rules.

Mukilteo Little League has updated the local rules for the 2026 season to encourage competitive balance and better align with Little League International guidelines.

Important Changes for 2026

Minors and Majors will move to Little League International Draft Plan B – Full Redraft
The Team Manager and one Assistant Coach will be preassigned to each team prior to the draft

INTERLEAGUE RULES

District 1 Little League

MLL Teams playing other D1 Little League teams (mainly Softball) must follow Interleague Rules, even when on MLL fields. These may be slightly different than MLL Local Rules (specifically time limits, run rules, pitch count requirements, etc.).
